Exteroception & Inner Ear

Falling is a thing? Learn about inner ear and the organs of equilibrium that help with self regulation and overall ease of movement. The inner ear gives us feedback of how fast or slow we move, start and stop. It governs reflexes on how we are catching ourselves when falling and gives us feedback about the external environment. This workshop is open to the public and also offers teachers and facilitators tools to deepen their work with children or an older adult.
