We will locate, palpate, and move from our pancreas as we study how it works. Learn about the enzymes it produces for digestion, and the vital role it plays in blood sugar balancing—both as an exocrine and endocrine gland. Sara will show you the finger-prick monitor and the intercellular monitor implanted in your arm for diabetes, and discuss insulin resistance solutions. Keeping your blood sugar below 110 may reduce inflammation so you live a longer life, free from joint pain, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and Alzheimer’s.
