Individual Coaching and Therapy
HOW DOES DYNAMIC EMBODIMENT® SOMATIC MOVEMENT THERAPY WORK?
Some sessions are more functionally oriented – how to relieve knee, back, or shoulder pain are typical or complex – using movement and awareness to manage bulimia, skin irritations, Parkinson’s or cerebral palsy.
Others are more expressive – how to feel more confident, how to deliver a strong speech, opening up creativity. In other words every session is tailored to your goals.
